Maintenance Division: Our maintenance scheme consisting of preventive, corrective and on-call maintenance and is covering presently with more than 1000 satisfied customers with constantly renewed agreements including UAE Government entities such as Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, Ministry of Education, DEWA, Abu Dhabi Airport and many more. Our technical team is attending periodic factory and in-house training and is backed by the engineering department and by a workshop equipped with all necessary tools and spares to carry on repairs and maintenance. Our professional Service department is specialized in providing technical assistance, Start-up and Commissioning of all Power Systems as UPS, Precision AC, Chargers, Diesel Generators and Batteries..
Service Level Of Agreement
- Emergency Service Hotline Support active 24hours/365 days including public holidays.
- Two(2) to Four(4) hours responses from the fault call time.
- Temporary unit can be provided while Performing the repair.
- Prescheduled number of Preventive maintenance visits.
- Spare Parts are 100% genuine with full access and support from the manufacturer plus one year warranty.
- Option to include parts coverage on all devices.
- Provide the customer the options of number of preventive maintenance visits they required within the maintenance contract period.
- We Conduct initial visit and prepare the snag lists before proceeding the maintenance contract.
- No specific brands of machine required for maintenance service.
- AMC cost is reasonable and negotiable.
